I won't be able to attend / need to reschedule my appointment.

You can reschedule/change/modify/cancel your appointment via our online appointment scheduling site. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 8 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, as well as keeping our staff schedules filled and customers on our wait list would miss the opportunity to receive services.

I'm late / going to be late for my appointment.

Arrival on or before scheduled appoinment time is greatly appreciated as you may wish to discuss your string setup with our stringers. Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next customers scheduled appointment. Appointment holding time is 10 mins and late comers would be considered as cancellation.

The date is grayed out and I did not see the appointment time that I want to book.
